When to Contact the Event

Contact the event for application-specific inquiries, including questions about:

  • Deadline extensions and late-submission allowance.

  • Refunds or withdrawing.

  • Eligibility or requirements for participation.

  • Editing or making changes to your application after you have submitted it.

  • Jury results and when artists will be notified.

How to contact the event:

Find the event's contact info at the top of the Event Information page, or the top of your application.

When to Contact ZAPP Support

Contact the ZAPP support team for website-specific inquiries, including questions about:

  • Media uploads and/or system specifications.

  • Errors on the website that are preventing you from completing an action.

  • A specific website feature or understanding website options.

  • If the ZAPP website is inaccessible.

How to contact ZAPP support:
