Managing Your Applications
Learn how to navigate your My ZAPPlications page, your personal control panel for keeping tabs on all of your started and submitted applications, find out what your application status means, and how to keep your applications organized with tools to filter, sort, and add personal notes.

My ZAPPlications Page
The My ZAPPlications page is your personal dashboard. View your started and submitted applications, see statuses, track payments, and access key event information.
Application Status Definitions
Click the arrow to the left of each status to see the definition. The definitions describe how statuses are typically used, but events may have different processes.
Add Tags And Comments
You can add a tag or leave a comment on any application. Comments or tags can only be seen by you — event administrators will not be able to view your comments or tags.
Filtering & Sorting Applications
There are several ways to organize your applications on the My ZAPPlications page using filters and sorting options. Easily organize events you've applied to status, name, event dates, and more.
Application Actions
Learn about the different actions you can take on your ZAPP applications. Each button will allow you to take a different action
Submitting Booth Requests
Some events on ZAPP collect booth requests from invited applicants to gather additional information before assigning booths. Event organizers will decide if they want to collect booth requests before or after you purchase your booth.
Payment History
Keep track of your financials with ZAPP tools that help you review your payment history, track your receipts, and download purchases.
