Checking out with the ZAPP Shop
Use the ZAPP Shop to check out and pay for the application, booth, and associated fees. All events that use ZAPP require payment of application fees through the ZAPP Shop, and most events also require booth fee payments through the ZAPP Shop.
Step 1: Add Products to Your Cart
In Step 1 of checkout, the Products section shows fees and items you can purchase. Add products to your cart and review deadlines before continuing.
Step 2: Update Quantities
In Step 2 of checkout, update the quantity of items in your ZAPP cart or remove products entirely. Be sure to follow event instructions for booth options.
Step 3: Add Coupons
In Step 3 of checkout, enter and apply a coupon code to receive a discount. You’ll see the updated total before continuing to the next step.
Step 4: Submit Payment
In Step 4 of checkout, choose how you want to pay for your application or booth fees and complete checkout. Use a saved payment method, enter new details, or pay by check if allowed.
Refunds
ZAPP processes payments on behalf of all events, but refund decisions are made by each event. Learn how to request a refund or report an accidental purchase.
