Requesting a Refund
Contact the event administrator to request a refund, and they can submit the request directly to ZAPP on your behalf. Go to the event’s information page and click Contact Event to send them a message.

Things happen! If you purchased the wrong product or made a duplicate purchase, email us at contactzapp@wearecreativewest.org or submit a help ticket. Our team can reverse the charge if you contact us within 24 hours of the purchase.
